Learn what appraisers do when they appraise a home for your client. Using a subject property, you will have the opportunity to participate in the completion of this property's appraisal from start to finish. The first hour is spent in the classroom where we will do research. We then travel to our subject property for the second segment, a full appraisal inspection. The final segment of the seminar is back in the classroom to wrap up the actual report.
